In accordance with the NPS Act (78 of 1998, as amended) Membership of PASA is only open to banks and those entities Designated by the SARB NPSD via Government Gazette to participate in Clearing. PASA Members are required to comply with the Entry and Participation Criteria as contained in the PASA Constitution.
