AWARDS RULES

The nomination criteria are very specific to each category. It is important to carefully reflect on the category descriptions and criteria before you submit your nomination.

1. Only projects and initiatives that were delivered in full or with major milestones/deliverables that were fully completed between September 2023 – August 2024 are eligible for nomination.
2. If you would like to nominate multiple candidates or nominate for multiple categories, you will have to complete multiple nomination forms, as only one candidate and category per nomination form will be allowed.
3. PASA Committees and Structures will receive a nomination form via a MS Teams link during August.
4. Nominations must be aligned with payments industry work.
5. Only PASA industry projects/work are eligible for nomination. No other internal organisation projects may be nominated.
6. You may nominate people inside your own organisation as long as the nomination is relevant to PASA industry projects/work.
7. You may nominate people from outside of your own organisation as long as the nomination is relevant to PASA industry projects/work.
8. Individuals/teams may not be nominated for the same deliverable(s) as a previous year. However, individuals/teams may be nominated for the same category as a previous year, provided the reason stated is different from the previous year’s nominations.
9. Individuals are eligible for nominations in both the individual and team award categories.
10. You may not nominate the same individual for both the Leadership and Excellence categories.
11. PASA executive team members are not eligible for consideration except for the Golden Sunset Award in their year of retirement.
12. For the panel reviewing nominations, it is crucial that your motivation answers the questions comprehensively and aligns with the category description to ensure the nomination is accepted.
